relyrent

An empty unit is not zero. It is a bill.

The rent stops, but service charges, electricity and other costs keep running. Put in your unit and see what each week costs you.

Wait for a better tenant, or take the one you have?

A tenant who can sign today rarely loses to one who is still only a conversation, unless the better one arrives fast. Put in both offers and see the deadline.

Use your own net figures, after agent commission and tax. An agent's "nett 95" and "95 net to me" can differ by millions.

Built from our own units

relyrent came out of running several rental apartments ourselves. These three things are why we built it.

  1. 15

One unit had fifteen ads across three kinds of site. After the unit was let, every one was still live.

  2. 5 weeks

An agent asked about commission. The answer went out five weeks later.

  3. Rp 4,500

The total in the building app was Rp 4,500 more than its lines added up to, probably a payment-channel fee the owner was carrying without noticing.
